▶︎Reservation conditions and precautions

To unlock the front door, you will need a ten-key number, and after entering the room, you will need to check in using your smartphone.

The ten-key number and check-in operation manual will be sent to you by e-mail one week prior to your stay, so please be sure to open and read them.Reservations can only be made online and must be received by 12:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the desired date of stay.

▶︎Submission of guest information

All guest information (name, address, age, occupation, and gender) must be submitted prior to check-in. Foreign nationals must also submit their nationality and ID (with photo). Failure to submit this information will result in your ineligibility to use the service. Please follow the guide about submission sent from us later. Please note that the number of guests will be confirmed at the time of check-in, so please be sure to contact us if you wish to add more guests. If it is found that the number of guests has been falsified, a penalty fee may be charged.

▶︎ No Smoking

Smoking is only allowed in the designated area in front of the entrance. 

▶︎ Noise

Please kindly keep quiet during night time. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from loud music or loud talking outdoors. We also ask you to finish outdoor BBQ by 20:00 and spend your time indoors. If there are complaints from neighbors, the police may be called by them.

▶︎ Pets

Up to 3 dogs are allowed, with a fee of 3,500 yen per dog, and are not allowed to enter the second floor or bathe in the pool for sauna. 

▶︎BBQ

BBQ stove (gas) is available outside on the wooden deck. Please bring your own cassette cylinders (CB cans). The use of charcoal is strictly not allowed. Please use hot plates for indoor BBQ.

▶︎Fire

Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited. Please take care to avoid accidents and injuries when using the candles provided (including outdoors in the garden and on the street) and when using the wood-burning stove in the sauna.

▶︎ Purpose of Use

In principle, use of the room for purposes other than lodging is prohibited. Please inquire in advance if you intend to use the room for filming or other purposes. When leaving the building, please make sure to turn off the lights and air conditioner before leaving the building. We will not be responsible for any theft, etc.

▶︎ Parking

Please park at an angle and place cones on the overhang to warn passersby. Up to 2 cars can park. 

▶︎Payment

▶︎Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows

28 days to 7 days prior: 50% of the room charge

6 days to the day of the stay: 100% of the room charge

▶︎ No-show without notice

No-shows will be charged as follows

100% of room charge

In case of failure to abide by the house rules and terms of use, a penalty fee and repair/compensation costs will be charged. In certain circumstances, we may ask you to leave the building immediately.
