Hello, we are COZY HOUSE, a log house with natural hot spring! Another home with spectacular ocean view and hot spring in Izu-Atagawa area.
It is a traditional log house by BESS, a major log house manufacturer. It can accommodate up to 10 people. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs etc.
In the early morning, watch the jewel-like sun rise from the sea. Enjoy the spectacular view and hot springs while listening to the birds chirping. There are beaches and activities around the property, making it a great base for fun.You won't find sauna, hot spring, outdoor BBQ, and pet-friendly accommodations anywhere else at an affordable price like us. Rooms
Living Room
Bright living room with flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Furnished with a sofa, a low
table and a dining table. It is connected to the terrace, giving it a feeling of openness.
Kitchen
A simple kitchen equipped with basic cooking utensils. It also has a fish grill.
Onsen (Hot Spring)
The baths are 100% natural hot springs. Mild, body-warming chloride spring. Shampoo,
conditioner and body soap provided. Simple black marble and wood bath.
Bedroom
The bedrooms are divided into two rooms, each with two single beds and two futon
mattresses (for a total of 8 people). Two bunk beds are located in the living room. The room can accommodate up to 10 people in total.
Terrace
Large terrace with stunning views. Outdoor chairs, table and BBQ set
available. *Please kindly bring your own
cassette gas for the BBQ.
Sauna Tent
Extra charge for tent saunas (¥4000/payable locally with QR code). Simple swimming pool and reclining chairs available. One bottle of aromatic oil and firewood for 1 time will be provided. Would you like to enjoy sauna in pleasant nature?
【Precautions】
-The number of guests will be confirmed at the time of check-in. Please contact us
if you would like to add more people to your party.
-This villa is located on a hill with 60 steps to climb. So we recommend
that you pack your luggage for easy transport.
-Although we are a pet-friendly house, we do not allow pets to enter the bedrooms
on the second floor for anti-allergy. We appreciate your cooperation.
-We are located in a quiet villa area, please kindly keep quiet during 8:00
p.m to 8:00 a.m.
-Outdoor sofa cushions are stored in the room to prevent water damage. We kindly
ask our guests to set them up by themselves when using them.

Q: What are the prices and the different plans?
A: There is only one plan available for the whole house. Rates vary depending on the time of year, so please select the dates you want to stay in the calendar for more information.
Q: What are the child and pet fees?
A: Children 6 years old and younger sleep free in an adult's bed. 7 to 12 years old are subject to a child charge. Please indicate the number of children on the calendar. Pet fee is a flat rate of 3,000 yen (per stay). Please select from the optional extras section of reservation form.
Q: Any important information about check-in/out?
A:Check-in time: 15:00~
Check-out time: 10:00
We want our guests to enjoy their private time to the fullest, so we offer check-in as unattended. (We are using self check-in online system) Although we try to provide enough detailed information by our mailings and House Guide, if you have any problems or concerns, please feel free to contact us via Email. We will send you information on how to check-in and the guest list 3 days prior to your stay. Please kindly note that.
Q: What facilities are provided?
A：Wifi, air conditioner, set of cooking utensils, set of tableware, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, gas BBQ stove (net, griddle), pot set, TV, sauna (extra charge, on-site), washing machine, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair Hair dryer, projector and screen, Bluetooth speaker.
For environmental reasons, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes. We also do not provide condiments.
If you will use the outdoor BBQ stove, please kindly bring your own commercially available cassette gas. Thank you for your cooperation.

A: The cancellation policy is as follows

~29 days prior to cancellation : Free of charge
28 days to 7 days prior to check-in date : 50% of total accommodation charge
6 days prior to the check-in date : 100% of total accommodation charge
No show strictly be prohibited. (100% of total accommodation charge and extra fee will be charged)
Q: How many cars can be parked in the parking lot?
A: There is free parking for two cars.
Q: How can I get to the house without a car?
A :There is no public transportation, so you will need to call a cab. The fare will be around 2,000~3,000 yen. It is recommended that you make a reservation in advance, as cabs may not always be available. Since the inn is located in a villa area on high ground, there are no supermarkets or convenience stores in walking distance from the inn. We recommend that you go to the nearby Atsukawa station to pick up necessary items before heading to the inn.
